General
Q: Which blockchain networks do you support? A: We currently provide a full suite of analytics for Bitcoin (BTC). Support for Ethereum (ETH), TON, and Tron is in active development. Please see our Supported Networks page for the latest information.
Q: How often is your data updated? A: Our on-chain data is updated daily. We are working on providing higher-frequency updates for specific metrics in the near future.
API
Q: How do I get access to the API? A: API access is a feature for our paid plans subscribers. You can learn more on our Pricing Page.
Q: What are the rate limits for the API? A: rate limits are applied per day per API key. For exact details, see our Rate Limits documentation. From time to time we can temporarily open API access and increase rate limits to our Free and Pro plans, subscribe to our feature news so that not to miss this opportunity!
Subscriptions
Q: How can I manage my subscription? A: You can manage your subscription, view payment history, and cancel your plan from the Subscription & Billing page in your account dashboard.
